    Delivery - Cakes and Quintessential Pastries

At Regal Supreme Online Shop, each shipment will be handled by our customer service representative with utmost care. Orders placed from Sunday to Thursday will receive confirmation email or phone call within 2 working days, orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Public holidays will be handled within 2 days of next working day.

Self-pick up Note

1. Regal Supreme will contact customers via telephone within 2 working days upon receiving purchase orders from www.Regalsupreme.com. For any enquiry, please feel free to contact us.

2. Customer can pick up the Cakes/ Quintessential Pastries within the agreed period after the confirmation call.
    a. Quintessential Pastries and Cake of 1-2 pounds can be picked up 1 days after the confirmation call,
    b. Cake of 3 pounds or above can be picked up 3 days after the confirmation call,
    c. For all weight of 3D Cake, it can be picked up 5 days after the confirmation call.

3. Invoice will be voided if customers fail to pick up the ordered goods within the agreed period and payment will not be refunded.

4. Customer should pick-up the products in Regal Oriental Hotel (Kowloon City) or Regal Riverside Hotel (Shatin) only. Some of the cakes can be redeemed in the designated hotel, please read the Remarks in product page before placing order.

5. One day advance order to your preferred pick-up hotel is required.

6. Fruit arrangements and ornaments on Cakes/ Quintessential Pastries are subject to change without prior notice to seasonality and occasional supply shortages.

7. Customer can add wordings on the cake and additional HK$20 will be charge upon customer pick up the cake in hotel.

8. Limited stock available; whilst stock last.

9. Orders cannot be changed, cancelled nor refund once confirmed.

10. One day advance order to your preferred pick-up hotel is required.

11. Personal information provided is for payment purpose only.

12. Please check the product quality and quantity upon delivery, no products exchange or refund will be arranged after the Consignees signed the acknowledgement receipt of products.

13. When Typhoon Signal 8 or above is hoisted, please contact Regal Patisserie for further arrangement.

14. Regal Supreme reserves the right to amend and revise product sales prices, delivery charges and Online Shopping Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
